How Do Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy work…?

Your subconscious mind may believe that you remaining shy and retiring is keeping you safe from attracting unwanted attention. It may believe that you being anxious and constantly on high alert is keeping you safe from potential danger. It may believe that sabotaging your relationships is stopping you from being hurt by a partner. The fact it is, these unwanted behaviours are causing you to feel uncomfortable, unhappy and distressed, and stopping you from reaching your full potential.
