There are various methods of Psychotherapy, and some can use a more analytical or directive approach than Counselling usually does, but there are also many areas where the two overlap. Either can be used to help deal with attitudes, feelings, goals, self esteem and related behaviours, and with both, a good relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in achieving success.

Psychotherapy will usually look into the subconscious, or unconscious, mind and into past events, to become aware of how these aspects are affecting the present, and then help you to remove any unwanted mental, or emotional, limitations, whereas counselling generally focuses more on the 'here and now', and current situations, helping you to become fully aware of, and to understand, your feelings, needs and desires.

Toni and Rosemary are Psychotherapists trained in Hypno-Psychotherapy and are able to offer the added benefit of the use of Hypnosis to access and make changes to the subconscious mind at a deeper level.
